I'm a London based, Certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.
I have a passion for fitness, food and well-being. Which drives me to help people create sustainable life long habits in and out of the gym, to live their fittest happiest lives.
I use a holistic approach to support clients to work intuitively, training to energise not drain and develop a love affair with foods that create health and vitality.
